The fun of Selfies, haircuts and hair dye.

First of all, if you haven't yet, make sure you enter the giveaway before Sunday! There are only 22 entries so far so you have a really good chance of winning! (much better odds than the lottery I'd say) Now that we have that out of the way....

For those of you who don't know I take a self portrait everyday. I started last August and will finish when I have taken 365 "selfies". Some days I like it, some days I don't. Today I liked it because I got a haircut yesterday, and I died my hair this morning. New hairstyles are always fun to share with friends (unless they are awful!) Those of you that have my 101 list memorized (hehe) don't worry. I only got my hair shaped up a little. I still have the length.

I thought I'd share some photos to explain why most days I have to take several self portraits before I get the perfect shot. (and some days I never get the perfect shot and just settle on the best one)

This one is not focusing on me, unfortunately the camera doesn't always focus on the right thing. While my neighbor's house is lovely, it's not really what I was going for.

Sometimes I'm just not ready when the.....shutter goes off :)

This one was nice but I cut the top of my head off :/ kind of important if your goal is to show off your hair.
This one looked a little too Miss America wanna-be
This one was too straight on a la drivers license photo
This is what my hair looked like before my haircut / dye job, it was all one length, kinda just hung there.
and this is the picture I settled on for today.

Thanks for looking! Now, go enter the giveaway!

They all look good! Lol! My favorite was the one where you cut the top of your head off, I thought it was super cute!!! Nothing makes you feel better then getting a hair cut and color, even if it's just a little trim . It always makes me feel like a new and better woman!

These are GREAT! I laughed right out loud at the one of your neighbor's house. And the one of your head cropped was my favorite too!

I'm too chicken to color my hair. I'm trying to work up the courage to do *something* new to it! (It's on my list, after all.)

Me again. I'm sorry I stalk you. I just wanted to tell you that I think you are *awesome* for being so fearless and confident in posting pictures of yourself. You are beautiful and inspirational. I always feel like a doofus when I take pictures of myself...but yours are fabulous. I just thought you should know! ;)
